The Tewkesbury Food and Drink Festival was a massive hit over the Bank Holiday weekend.
The event, which was held on May 3 and 4, attracted over 8,000 visitors to the festival site and the town.
This year's festival was held on the Vineyards playing fields, allowing it to expand due to its popularity in 2007.
The new site contained a bigger food hall, cookery theatre, outside caterers and children's craft tent.
Katie Power, festival organiser, said: "The response to the festival this year has been brilliant. We've seen an enormous increase in visitor numbers and it has definitely been the most successful food and drink festival so far."
Paul Rankin joined festival goers on the Saturday, and went down a storm with queues to see his cookery demonstrations snaking out of the tent doors.
Sunday saw Cotswold chef Rob Rees entertain audiences with his unique style and passion for local produce.
Along with the celebrity chefs, over 60 producers displayed their wares in the food hall, a friendly farm park entertained the children and the central seating area took on a relaxed feel on Saturday afternoon with many choosing to sit on the grass and while away the afternoon with a drink or two.
Although the weather was not as good on Sunday it didn't seem to deter festival goers, with many donning wellies and skipping around puddles!
Crowds poured into the food hall to shelter from the occasional downpour and took advantage to buy fresh, handmade produce from a variety of retailers.
The town's retailers also did very well out of the festival as Tewkesbury was visibly busier on the Saturday during the event, and this encouraged some to open on the Sunday as well.
Katie went on to say: "We couldn't have hoped for a better start to the festivals this year, and I think this really shows visitors what Tewkesbury can offer."
